Eagle’s Nest West was completely renovated in 2024 and is located in a secluded setting with undeveloped lots on either side, yet walking distance to the Lure Bar & Grill and only 2.5 miles to Sand Valley. Just like all of our Eagle's Nest Guest House properties, it has been built out to comfortably host groups of 8 or less where each guest has their own bed within their own private home. NO BUNK BEDS OR SLEEPING ON SOFAS! The ranch style floor plan and amenities cater to golf groups, weddings, families visiting the Dells, and weekend warriors all the like. It’s a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay that is tastefully decorated with personality and modern furnishings. The newly vinyl sided house is on approximately 2 acres privately situated in the tall pines (just 4 miles West of the other Eagle's Nest Guest House properties) and is 2,000 sq. ft. including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with lasting hot water and great water pressure, 8 beds, 1 rec room w/ flat screen smart TVs w/ HD, fully equipped kitchen, game room, back patio with grill and fenced backyard fire pit with chairs, infrared sauna, hot tub, key coded entrance (no keys necessary), ample parking, and much more!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

*3% credit card processing fees are non-refundable. *You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty for 1 house and 90 days prior for 2+ houses. We will refund 100% of the initial payment (less 3% credit card processing fees the credit card company keeps). If cancelled inside 30/90 days, you forfeit your entire stay. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if you would like protection against something unexpected. Deposit: 50% of Total Stay is due upon booking One Time Cleaning & Restocking Fee: $250 includes up to 6 hour cleaning/laundering of the entire guest house and restocking standard items. Local & State Taxes: 13.5% (8% Town of Rome's Occupancy & 5.5% Wisconsin) *We regret that we cannot offer refunds, vouchers, or date changes due to inclement weather or family, pet or medical emergencies/illnesses.
