Similar to Eagle’s Nest Guest House I, II, and III, ENGH IV has been built out to comfortably host groups of 8-12 or less where each guest has their own bed within their own private home. NO BUNK BEDS OR SLEEPING ON SOFAS! The sprawling floor plan and amenities cater to golf groups, weddings, families visiting the Dells, and weekend warriors all the like. It’s a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay that is tastefully decorated with personality and modern furnishings. The newly vinyl sided house is on approximately 11 acres privately situated in the woods (just due West of Eagle’s Nest Guest House II) and is 3,500 sq. ft. including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with lasting hot water and great water pressure, 8-12 beds, 1 rec room, fully equipped kitchen, game room, 7 flat screen smart TVs w/HD, deck with grill and backyard fire pit with chairs, key coded entrance (no keys necessary), ample parking, and much more!

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
*3% credit card processing fees are non-refundable. *If you decrease the guest count once we're inside 30 days prior to arrival, please be aware that your initially booked extra guest fees are non-refundable. For example: you booked your 1 night reservation for 12 guests a few months ago but now you need to decrease it to 8 guests within two weeks prior to arrival: you won't be refunded the extra $120+tax in guest fees ($30+tax/guest/night) as we're inside 30 days prior to arrival (following our cancellation policy). Deposit: 50% of Total Stay is due upon booking One Time Cleaning & Restocking Fee: $275 or $300 includes up to 6 hour cleaning/laundering of the entire guest house and restocking standard items. Local & State Taxes: 13.5% (8% Town of Rome's Occupancy & 5.5% Wisconsin) Extra Guest Fee: $30/night (9-12 guests max) *We regret that we cannot offer refunds, vouchers, or date changes due to inclement weather or family, pet or medical emergencies/illnesses. About the Owner
My name is Mackenzie Murray and I’m the Owner and Operator of Eagle’s Nest Guest House, offering four Executive Guest Houses on the same 11 acres (originally Rome’s only Bed & Breakfast, Est. 2016). During my high school and college years (interior design grad), I enjoyed being a house cleaner, house sitter, and pet sitter for multiple families. I’ve also been an Executive Assistant for 11+ years supporting executive business men and women in the real estate, healthcare, finance, and government industries. My experience lends itself to hospitality and I take great pride in caring for our guests as an innkeeper! I find it extremely rewarding to fill a lodging need in the town of Rome and accommodate our special guests visiting Central Wisconsin’s newest golf destination.
